Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MiaPrincess. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the order delivery date. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Requirements

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at service@miaprincess.com with the following details:
    • Your order number
    • SKU number of the product you wish to return or exchange
    • Photo or video evidence showing the issue or defect
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition — unwashed, unused, and undamaged — and must include its original packaging and labels. Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted, and any related costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Return Shipping

Please use a registered mail service with an online tracking number for all returns. If the returned parcel cannot be tracked during transit, we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

In the following situations, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs:

1. Incorrect Order

If you ordered the wrong item or size, you are responsible for the shipping fees both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If you choose a refund instead, we will refund only the product price — shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Unwanted Item

If the product has no quality issues but you wish to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days from the order delivery date to arrange your return.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note that unauthorized returns or parcels sent to addresses not approved by our customer service team will not be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay before a refund appears.
