Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Ready-made items: Usually take less than 72 hours to process before shipping.
Made-to-order items: Typically take 5–7 business days to make, plus processing time may extend to 5–8 business days during busy seasons (January–August).

What shipping methods are available?

We provide standard shipping worldwide. Delivery times are approximate:

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 5–8 business days
  • Rest of the World: 8–15 business days

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $89.00. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Can I receive my order urgently?

If you need your dress by a certain date, please email us at service@miaprincess.com to inquire about in-stock dresses and expedited options.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be in original, unused condition with all labels and packaging. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Incorrect order: You pay return shipping; replacement shipping also applies.
  • Unwanted item: You pay return shipping if the product has no quality issues.
  • Refunds: Original product price will be refunded if conditions are met. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1 week. Late or missing refunds may require checking your bank or credit card processing times.
